Refund policy
Order cancellation
You can cancel an order in process by contacting our customer service by email at the following address: info@mytikshacksucre.ca, or by phone at : (418) 509-8988. Please note that for any order cancellation, the product must not have been shipped; it must still be processed by Mytik Shack Sucré.
Return and refund
You may return or exchange any item purchased online at mytikshacksucre.ca with the exception of the maple syrup food products.
Upon receipt of your food product, if you notice any damage or problem, please notify our customer service as soon as possible by email at the following address: info@mytikshacksucre.ca, or by phone at : (418) 509-8988. Please include as much detail as possible in your email so that we can quickly process your request, such as your full name, address, phone number and order number. Please also provide us with a picture of the item as you have received it.
Please note that shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer, with the exception of products received damaged or in error.
In the case of a non-food product, you have thirty (30) days following receipt of your order to return or exchange an item. The product must be in its original, unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging. The 30 days delay also applies to claim a replacement in the case of a product received damaged.
It should be noted that Mytik Shack Sucré does not make any refunds, except for products received damaged or subject to an order error. If you need to exchange or return a product, we will give you a credit for the amount of the item purchased, including taxes. In this case, please contact our customer service as soon as possible by email at the following address: info@mytikshacksucre.ca, or by phone at : (418) 509-8988.
Upon receipt of the product being exchanged, returned or damaged, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email. If a refund is applicable, a credit will be applied to your credit card. In the case of an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise.
